Alirio Pirela is president of Pirela Creative Solutions, blogger, designer, art director and social media marketing inbox for social pros and business owners. Providing tools and advice to several small businesses. His journey has been a long one, with stops in Brazil, Venezuela, Spain, Minneapolis, Dallas, Boca Raton and New York. Along the way he picked up an Interior Design degree, Graphic/ Web Design, Art Direction, Social and Digital Marketing. His expertise stems from more than 12 years of implementing social media tactics in his own business, well before “social media” was even a buzzword. He worked in his own studio in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for 6 where he and other 7 employees mastered every insight of their client’s and filled their expectations.

Alirio’s next project will surely tick off some of the social media doctrines. He’s  a social media marketing consultant and coach offering private consulting and conducting corporate workshops, general workshops and webinars on a variety of social media topics.

Rich Overton is the Publicity Manager for RJO Artist Relations & Management and the Social Media Manager for Remedy Jam Outburst (dot com). Remedy Jam Outburst is a music portal that celebrates voices that change the world through blog entries, reviews, artist news and interviews.

The site’s momentum succeeded through exclusive interviews with Cyndi Lauper, Margaret Cho, Sam Sparro, Lisa Loeb, Martha Wash and more.  Responses and praises from Elle Magazine’s Creative Director Joe Zee, Kylie Minogue and Oprah Winfrey have arrived through social marketing efforts. With 12 years experience in the entertainment industry, Overton began as the first male host of WERS Women In Music. Building the shows popularity by welcoming artists such as Donna Delory, Patty Larkin, SONiA and Ferron.  This led to opportunities working at Full House Promotions (Vance Gilbert, Greg Brown) in Boston, Nettwerk Management in LA (Dido), Virgin Records in Beverly Hills (Janet Jackson, Nikka Costa, Lenny Kravitz), MPress Records (Rachael Sage) and Two Sheps That Pass Marketing in NYC (Groovelily, Mannheim Steamroller).

 In 2002 Overton created RJO in NYC. Highlights have included managing/developing Out Award Winning Artist Ari Gold for 5 years through two CD Releases & Wold Tours and a Top 10 Billboard Dance Hit, producing three Brian Kent Music Videos and placements in Billboard Magazine, People Magazine, Out Magazine, VH-1, LOGO, HBO, NPR, XM and Sirius.

Jonathan Sarmiento is an developer of front and backend solutions for the web. He began coding for the web back in 2002, in the early days of CSS, and since graduating from Swarthmore College with degrees in Engineering and Computer Science, has accumulated 5 years experience working in the field. His early career included web projects at Princeton University, and Java development at Princeton Payment Solutions, a developer of payment and security solutions for SAP. He has been freelance since 2009, working as a developer for small companies and individuals.
